They’ll talk to you about how your brochure will be used and where it fits in your sales cycle. Will you leave it behind, mail it to suspecting or unsuspecting prospects, include it in a larger marketing or press kit, or will it stand alone, acting as your sole sales representative in print? Will you require embossing, die cuts, tear-off business reply cards? Do you also need photography, copywriting or printing services? (Your Designer has top talent on-the-ready with expertise in those areas as well.)

Once your project is properly scoped, priced and approved, and after we’ve completed our research to learn about your company, market and design desires, then the fun (we mean work!) begins. Our Art Director will assign just the right designer to your brochure—an experienced, top professional with expertise in developing and designing high quality, award-worthy and beautiful brochures. Our Art Director will also oversee every aspect of the design project, assuring that the concepts and final product you see reflect the subtle nuances and characteristics inherent in great design.

Step 1
Tell us what you want; get a comprehensive, no-hidden-costs quote.

Complete our online order form to get the process started. Tell us what you envision, whether a tri-fold, a four-or-more page corporate brochure, or another layout altogether. Need diecuts or embossing? A tear-out business reply card? Need printing or copywriting or photography? Spell out your specifications for us and then move to step 2. Not sure what you need? No problem, just tell us so!

Step 2
Your brochure is assigned to a talented, experienced designer.

Once you accept, complete our Brochure Workbook to help us gather all the information we need to produce a beautiful brochure that accomplishes your objectives. Will your brochure be timeless? Is it for a seasonal campaign or a limited time offer? Does it target a specific niche or audience with special tastes or styles? Your answers to these and other questions will help paint a complete picture for our Art Designer, who will assign your project to just the right professional—someone who loves what they do and it shows!

Step 3
View your concepts online.

Next, you’ll receive an e-mail from your Design Consultant within five business days or less letting you know that your brochure concepts are available for viewing online. Just login to your password-protected Workshop, click on the Documents tab, and then view your concepts! It’s that easy!

Step 4
Select and refine your concept until it’s just what you want.

Select the concept you most prefer, and provide your feedback via our Revision Workbook. The Revision Workbook is designed for business professionals like you who might not be fluent in the language of design—it walks you step by step through the revision process, gathering your feedback on color, layout, photos and more. Your requested revisions will be completed within x business days; you’ll receive another e-mail when the revised concept is ready for viewing in your Workshop. Need additional revisions? Not a problem. Simply complete another Revision Workbook to let us know!

Step 5
Wow potential customers with your beautiful,
well designed brochure!


When you finalize your design, we’ll upload the files your printer needs to produce your final product—a beautiful, professional brochure! Download the files as needed, e-mail them or copy them to a CD. Or, simply ask your Design Consultant for a printing quote—we’ll get the pieces printed and shipped to you to complete the process.
